In order for us to have a clear picture of your books, we need access to your Quickbooks account. You will need to send us an invitation through the software (don't worry, it's pretty painless and we'll guide you through it!). If you are not currently working with Quickbooks or Xero you can contact your bank and have them send us a "view only" access link. This will allow us to check on the type and amount of your transactions, and keep our services the most efficient and affordable. 

As Bookkeeping Professionals we are all Certified Pro-Advisors, which means we know our software in and out so that we can serve you and your business most efficiently.

Bookkeeping Professionals and Accountants' work can sometimes overlap (as bookkeeping is a part of Accounting), but not all accountants handle their clients' books, and when they do they can charge up to $400 per hour, depending on their specialties. A Bookkeeping Professional will cost about half of that. 

As Bookkeeper Professionals, we manage the daily financial tasks of your business. We categorize your transactions and create financial statements at least once a month. These statements give you a clear picture of the health of your business.

We also process your Payrolls and pay your bills, we collect money that is coming in and track the money that is going out and reconcile all of your bank accounts at the end of this cycle. 

Your Accountant works on your tax preparation. They know exactly all the tax laws and whenever there is an update. 

For you, as a business owner, having a bookkeeper is an advantage because you will spend a fraction of the money that you would by having your Accountant handling the daily transactions. 

However, most of our team members are Accountants and we also partner with other CPAs.

If you already have an Accountant, we will be more than happy to work with them.
